1. Please send large clear photo files. The bigger the better... Remember the better your photos are the better the ending result will be. Also the more pics I have to work with the better
2. Make sure I have good accurate information, you can never send to much information concerning your project
3. Make sure you have all copyrights to your photos, I will not be held liable for copyright infringment...when I feel the need I will ask for copies of photo releases
4. Communication... this is the key to getting a great product from us.. remember no question is a stupid question. I check my E-mail often, I will also give you my phone number, all you need to do is ask
5. I will not begin work until payment is received or arrangements have been made prior to your order
6. I work on a first come first paid basis. Whom ever pays first get their work done first. I will not bump someones else's work unless it is a rush order and the rush fess have been paid
7. If you pay for several items at one time, please don't expect that they will all be completed one right after another. I have to be fair to my other clients and work them in to my schedule also. Again I will only do consecutive back to back banners or comps if a rush order fee is paid in full and or have made arrangement with me ahead of time before work begins
8. I do also work a regular job full time and there will be times that my real world job and my at home job conflict...all I ask is a little patience, I will get your order completed in a timely manner.
Last but not least...ASK QUESTIONS...I am very easy to work with and am very good at working within a tight budget. Should a issue with payment arise , contact me, and I will be more than happy to work with you to get the product you need, when you need it...I am in this for the Kids not to make a bunch of money and if your little one needs that comp and your a bit short on the $$ side, I will work with you so she/he can have that winning comp card to compete with or that birthday or congrats banner she/he so rightly deserves.
